  Where do I begin with this new low following a three week stay? A first and a last, never again. Posted is housekeeping upon request, or every 2 weeks. Really? I requested it. No one ever came. Overall physical condition, dirty and very dusty. Allergies? Don’t do it to yourself. Trash which you are responsible to empty in a “trash room” is not tended to often enough by staff. Downright gross. Safety? Questionable. One evening I exit 5th floor elevator headed to room. A partially clothed man is in the hall bending down and peeping under guest’s doors. Staff was alerted. Strange noises in the wee hours a couple doors down from someone clearly unwell. Parking lot and elevators dirty and trashy. Fair to say, not a good experience.   Great place, professional and courtesy service by Syed and Eric. Syed was nice enough to show me the room sizes when I initially inquired and sold me on one of the largest rooms that I am very happy about. The only downfall, my room smells like dog, which makes me question the cleanliness. The said service is horrible and they need to improve in this area. The breakfast is subpar and should In later in the weekend. Besides those issues, I can say this is a great place to stay. I am not happy that the price is going up weekly.. since I am an extended stay customer, we should be allowed to keep our initial rate. Great location, near the mall, grocery and other eateries.
