    Convenient location near IAD and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast should be automatically included without any need for coupons or for security at the Breakfast room.     Rudest manager

    I stay at 20+ hotels in a year around the world and the manager of this property (Cindy) is the rudest I have ever come across! They gave us a room with dirty shower, which I have requested to get cleaned more than two hours ago, but still there’s no one is here to clean it; on top of all that Cindy was showing me condescending attitude and disrespectful behavior. She was giving sarcastic, irrelevant and twisted replies to my every question. Dirty hotel + rudest staff. What an Excellent Combo!     Sure, I'd stay again!

    This is a nice hotel. I stayed there this past weekend for an event at the Dulles Expo center – which is a very short five-minute walk. The hotel is centrally located with major highways close and Dulles airport of course. There are ample places to eat, both fast food and sit-down restaurants within walking distance. In fact, most places are connected by the huge parking lot. There is a Walmart behind the hotel as well. Check in was a breeze, very friendly staff. The room was VERY clean and so was the bathroom. This hotel is pretty big with six(?), floor and winding hallways which, for me, keeps the noise down. However, the hotel sits in the flight path of Dulles so will hear the planes landing! The hotel is undergoing some renovations so the bar and restaurant was closed. The pool may have been closed but not sure – call ahead. Only one elevator was working so again, be prepared.Check out was a no brainer. Our room did have a leaky toilet and I told the front desk and I did see her make a note of it. I’d stay here again.

    Not bad, considering it’s under renovation

    Hotel is in a good location, walking distance from several dining options, both fast food and casual dining. Beds were comfortable, however rooms with two beds were doubles instead of queens, which can cause pause when you’re a larger person sharing a bed. Hotel is undergoing renovation, which can be noted as some areas look great (lobby area is very nice) and others need some help (elevators, while quick, seemed a little rough).Staff was friendly, and housekeeping left a note under our door because we had our “do not disturb” door hanger out (like we always do), stating that they had come by and didn’t want to disturb us but gave instructions on how to get housekeeping service (including towels) if we needed, which was a nice touch. I think my biggest minus was the hotel bar and restaurant being completely closed for renovations at the time of our stay. This wasn’t unexpected as there is a note on the booking page, but was still an inconvenience.

    Great place! Top floors newly remodeled!

    Great stay! We visit yearly for a convention. Location is excellent as it shares a parking lot with the Expo Center. Hotel is being renovated and we stayed on top floor in a new room. So nice! I stayed five days and never ever heard any renovation work. Front desk staff was great, as in every year. Bob O’s for breakfast and shout out to our great server Kenny. The only complaint I have with this hotel is their pool has been “closed for renovations”…. For the last three years. I will continue to stay here every year for the convention.
