    They booked us the wrong hotel !!! Our reservation was made for Hotel Pentagon and not Confort Inn Pentagon !!!

    To beging with they booked us to Hotel Pentagon and not Confort Inn Pentagon City Hotel, they’re both really close but not the same !!! Imagine after driving for 15 hours get to your hotel and not having a reservation, had to call and talk for ours and after a long time I guessed we were in the wrong hotel!!! But the confirmation email was very clear about the name!!! They got it mixed up, it was a ridiculous and disappointing experience, funny part is we still got charged for Confort Inn fares which are higher than the one we actually ended up staying in

    I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Pentagon City, and it was a big letdown. The rooms felt outdated, with stained carpets and a weird smell as soon as you walked in. The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned — hair in the tub and mold in the grout.The front desk staff seemed uninterested and borderline rude when I asked simple questions. The “free breakfast” was extremely limited — cold eggs, stale pastries, and watered-down juice. Not to mention, the area outside didn’t feel particularly safe at night.I expected much better for the price I paid. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

    Came here for trump big day !!! Anyway stayed here before a little bit of older hotel but it's still ok to stay if you plan to vist DC. We'll we checked in all smooth they are slowly updating the rooms but hallways right now are the only up date our room was good comfy beds but bathroom needed some work and pressure was ok heat since it was cold was good but at times took a bit I can understand it was in low teens but I suggest redo rooms and update everything it's time ! Resturant on site was good ! Close to dca ! Plenty of parking! Overall good hotel but needs a big update

    A Horrible Experience

    Continental breakfast and actual check in process was good. However, overall this was a very poor experience once we checked into our room. I would not recommend this hotel, ever! Let me explain... When we got to our room we realized that they had given us a handicap room. I called the front desk and their customer service broke down at that point when all they said was that we had booked through a third party and that is the room they had given us. We didn't argue but when we went to shower, the shower hose was improperly installed and you couldn't shower. My husband had to rig it to be able to shower. We were also traveling with our down syndrome son and we needed a working shower. So luckily we made it work. Water was also all over the floor when we would shower.When we went to check out and I showed them a picture of the rig, their answer again was that we "had booked through a third party and that we didn't tell them about the shower not being installed properly so there was nothing they could do."We never heard a proper, "Oh we are so sorry this happened and we will do better next time!"All we heard was that we booked with a third party and we need to speak to them.This is the worst hotel we have ever been in. The customer never came first. Instead, it is what the customer did or did not do that was wrong.Never again will we stay at this hotel!

    This property is clean and reasonably well updated for the price point; location is within a short drive to Reagan National and works well for a single night before or after a flight. Somewhat bunkered in the sense there are not any stores or dining options within walking distance, and the neighborhood itself is not the greatest one will find in the area. All in all, a good option for a single night.
