    The Hotel sits in an excellent location, lots of restaurants nearby, limited shops and several options for entertainment. My only drawbacks were; 1. I had a corner room (beautiful by the way - loved it!) but I was not able to pull the black out curtains together, to close them. 2. The only full length mirror was in the bathroom although there's plenty of space in the room to install another full length mirror. 3. It was very noisy, I was on the second floor and you can literally hear everything going on outside on the street. 4. Sat at the bar and asked the bartender to clean the counter (it was dirty/greasy) and he never did, so I asked for water and napkin and cleaned it myself (sigh). He never checked up again to see how we were doing. The bar wasn't that busy either, so not sure if it was just an off day for him. Besides that, the rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly. My check-in experience was very joyful, the girls at the counter really made it fun. I had a few questions about the events that weekend and the staff went the extra mile to give me information. I like the security of the hotel, you have to have a room key in order to use the elevator, that's a huge plus!     My wife and I had a great time this past weekend at Hyatt Pace National Harbor hotel. The hotel was clean, bright and with modern attributes. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely invested in our experience being joyful. The National Harbor has great food, sites and things to do. We had a great time!     Hotel is nice Customer service is great. Only flaws were there is a Karaoke Bar near it.
