Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 220 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine.     My stay at The Darcy was excellent! We arrived in the morning and were able to check in early with no advance notice. The room was okay - clean, but a very small bathroom for a double. However, the reason why The Darcy is a great place to stay is the service. Solomon helped me with my luggage and was so njce to everyone coming and leaving. Karima worked some magic so that I could regain access to my room after I had checked out so that I could be more comfortable while under the weather. Overall, I was happy with my stay because of the kindness of the people who work there and would recommend it to others looking for accommodations.
