    Arrived at the hotel mid afternoon and checked in fairly swiftly and efficiently by the friendly reception staff . On my way to the elevator there was a pleasant aroma in the lobby. Parts of the hotel are undergoing renovation which was evident in the corridor to my room but to be honest during my stay I was not disturbed by any noise although the sound proofing on the windows could be better as traffic can sometimes be heard .Room was clean , bathroom / shower area was clean .Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was effective as it was quite hot during my stay. Bath / shower was pleasant, good pressure, bath floor could be a bit more non slip, maybe a rubber mat would help WiFi signal was very good . Had a drink /snack in the bar and also had breakfast . Bar and breakfast staff very friendly, provided great service.Some shops and mall nearby. Target across the street. Forgot my toothbrush, front desk gave me a replacement. Unfortunately I left an item of clothing in my room 1432 not sure if I can get it back ! Nice hotel good location, friendly genuine staff who make you feel welcome .     Worst hotel in the area. Gym equipment was dirty and the room is small and HOT! Carpet is filthy, horrible pillows with no other options, mold on the bathroom. Absolutely avoid staying here.     Be advised that if staying at this hotel and you are likely to need to use a hairdryer, check on arriving at your room that there is one. Not only is the item likely not to be there but if it is, it may not work.We were in one of several rooms where this was the case. We requested that housekeeping supply one but made the mistake of not checking it worked, it didn't.The 15 minute delay in a working hairdryer arriving seriously effected our departure to the event we were staying for.Also if you use an Apple watch or iPad do not use the outlet on the table lamps for your charger. The angled base results in the charged slipping and not charging. See photo.     We stayed here two weekends in a row for events and the service and atmosphere is always 5 star service. The area is great as well for any entertainment or night out with your partner.     Amazing experience for a friend’s milestone birthday celebration. The artisan pizza and cocktail making was fun and delicious. Staff were attentive and made our evening seamless and better than expected. Kudos to a stellar management and operations team. We will be coming back!
