    I recently stayed at the Wingate, and it was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked into the lobby, the front desk staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome with a warm smile and a seamless check-in process.The room was absolutely spotless, spacious, and smelled amazingly fresh. I loved the ergonomic workspace and the convenience of having a fridge and microwave right in the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep.Another massive highlight was the complimentary breakfast—lots of great options to start the day right. Between the excellent amenities, the fast Wi-Fi, and the top-tier hospitality, they truly know how to treat their guests. If you want a stress-free, comfortable, and welcoming stay, this Wingate is the best choice!

    Bad not worth the money. Will not recommend to anyone. Previously there were issues but this visit not good. Attention to the guest need should take president.

    Shuttle Service failure

    I booked this hotel partly because it advertised airport shuttle service, but my experience with that service was very poor.I arrived at Dulles International Airport on the 28th at approximately 11:40 a.m. and tried calling the hotel repeatedly for about an hour and a half to request the shuttle. I could not get through. The line appeared to be busy, and the automated/AI phone system was not helpful.At first, I thought the issue might have been with my phone, so I asked the front desk staff at Dulles Airport for help. They also attempted to call the hotel for about 15 minutes and were unable to reach anyone. Because the hotel could not be reached and the shuttle was unavailable, they recommended that I take a taxi and contact the hotel manager afterward about reimbursement.I ended up paying $30 for a taxi to the hotel. I then emailed the hotel manager explaining the situation and asking about reimbursement, since airport shuttle service was one of the reasons I selected this property. I did not receive a response.The issue was not just that the shuttle was unavailable; it was that I could not reach the hotel for an extended period of time, airport staff also could not reach them, I had to pay out of pocket for transportation, and my follow-up email to management was ignored.Based on this experience, I would not recommend relying on this hotel’s airport shuttle service.
