  Worst hotel ever!

  The floor was covered in grime. It was not mopped or swept before we arrived. The white blanket was full of ashes, the towels were stained and when I asked for new ones he took me to the laundry room an they had not done any laundry and I seen for myself. The bathroom door was busted an off the bottom hinge, baseboards were coming off the wall. Fridge was disgusting an the microwave was not cleaned in anyway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE atleast room 412 looked this bad. Bathroom tub has hair in it an black smears on the wall

  Disgusting, keep driving!

  While relatively inexpensive, you get (less than) what you pay for. The first room we were given had no heat, so we asked to be moved. The second room also had no heat, the safety lock and deadbolt on the door were both broken, the TV was missing its power cord so it was useless, the toilet ran constantly and loudly, all the towels were stained, even though it was a non-smoking room the bed linens had multiple cigarette burns, and the bathroom wall had questionable brown spatter near the toilet. Dirty, shabby, and the overall experience was unpleasant. Would never return and would not recommend. While they did allow our 2 small dogs, and the bed itself was comfortable, this place is a total dive and you'd be better off driving right past!

  Booked a non-smoking room 2 weeks in advance, turned up at to a smoking room that still had ash in the ash tray. The room was filthy, there was a cigarette in the shower. Called the front desk and sat in my car while they cleaned it, because they had no other rooms available. This was a busy festival weekend and there were no other hotels available for a 20 mile radius, and this was at 11.30pm. When I called the manager he was verbally abusive and told me 'This is a you problem and if you didn't like the room you could have left' and hung up on me. Called the umbrella company to arrange a refund, when they contacted the hotel he lied to them and told them it was a non smoking room that had been cleaned (see attached photos of ash tray and cigarette - the entire room stank of smoke).

  Dirty Rodeway Inn and Expedia Sucks

  When driving onto property, immediately notice that outside pool was under some type of construction, looked like it wasn't maintained for years. All access was shutdown to the pool. After check-in, went to room, found room very unclean. Bed sheets had burn marks, and bathroom looked like it belonged in an outhouse. This was false advertising as I had booked a non-smoking room, and obviously was assigned a smoking room. I went back to front office, and wanted to cancel my check-in as we could not stay in this dirty place. The clerk stated that Expedia would not let me cancel. Even so,I was not going to hang around and argue as I had to find another place for my family to stay, since my family refused to stay here, and so we left the property. Two days later, I filed a grievance with Expedia. Even though I had travel protection insurance on this trip, Expedia would not refund me. I was a customer with Expedia for 20 yrs. They have lost me as a customer forever. I am thankful that my Chase Visa CC lets me dispute this and get money back.

  Charged me $45 for a washcloth and a towel.

  They advertise free breakfast but there isn't any breakfast. They charged me $45 for a towel and washcloth after checking out. they said I was short. I didn't take anything. They are generic towels. They didn't tell me I found out later when I saw the charge. Do not stay there.
