    Do not stay, hotel needs improvement. Mold. Bugs.

    Booked through tripmasters website. I normally have good luck with these arrangements. The reception was fine but hotel has mold and bugs Like bad. The smell of mold will hit you when you walk in the door. Sorry but needs much improvement, do not stay here until they can update. We checked in and left within 15 min after being in the room

    This hotel is central to the old quarter,David and Tracey are so helpful any questions they are the people' to ask.rooms are comfortable showers are great could do with new towels , sadly no lift stairs are narrow but David helps with cases all in all very happy

    Great value hotel. Location is perfect for people that want to be centrally located near bars and resteraunts. Service is very good. They are very kind and hospitable in all ways. We originally did 2 days booking but extemded 2 more days would stay again.

    My father and I stayed at Hotel Elite for six nights. The staff were excellent and responsive, and the hotel was safe and clean. There was some wear and tear in the rooms, but nothing too bad. While Hotel Elite is located close to some very loud areas in the city ("Beer Street"), it was fairly quiet overall because of the hotel's location in a nearby alleyway. We arranged airport pickup and dropoff and laundry service, and everything went very smoothly. We would both recommend this place to others visiting Hanoi.

    We chose this hotel because of its positive reviews. Hotel is centrally located, it has 5 floors but no elevator. We were welcomed with tee and Michael gave us a guide what to do/see in Hanoi. First we waited until 14:30 so we could enter the room. Our room was dirty - toilet seat wasn’t cleaned - there were urine stains. Floor was not clean, bed had small black hair (I suppose pubic hair). I didn’t feel comfortable so we decided to leave the room. Michael gave us an option to stay in another upgraded room or he will give us our money back (not what we payed but what they have received over the booking). As the other hotels were sold/booked out we decided to give it another chance. Other room was much bigger and seemed to be cleaner. As I looked closer there was mold and hair in the toiletries cup, bath towels had brown stains, the floor towel was still wet. I just couldn’t stay there, so we left. We received part of our money back. Michael was really welcoming and super helpful.
