    Very bad experience with Hotel Staff who don’t speak English purposely.

    The Hotel staff is the most rude as well as very un cooperative. They cheat customers by placing used beverages in their mini bar and at the time of check out blame them and extort money. They even threaten to call the police. It’s a trauma for foreign nationals to visit this hotel. It’s better to book other hotels and even the Vietnamese Govt. May not be able to save or help foreign nationals. Rooms too are not great. Very crumped up. Overrated place. Don’t book and try a better deal elsewhere.

    Beautiful hotel, polite staff... Quick service with complaints. Breakfast was nyc specially desserts. It is in the heart of city with all walkable places. They suggested with good places and markets to explore around. Thank your for hosting so beautifully

    I would like to give a Kudos to one of the employees in this hotel who provided excellent customer service - Mr. Jimmy Huynh. He made a difference in our stay with his kindness. When we arrived, he and the front desk lady ( I forgot her name) were the only reasons our stay was okay. If Ho Chi Minh had a lot of Mr. Huynh, people might return to this place. He even called a grab for us and messaged me on the way to the airport to ensure we would not get charged extra on our taxi fare. The one thing we like about Mr. Huynh is he was the only one among the people we encountered in Ho Chi Minh who never forced for a tip and was so happy with just a small amount of tip. You are very appreciated Mr. Huynh.
