  Everything was good, and the sky bar had a very beautiful view. However, I was not happy with the service from one of the staff members, Ms. Ha . When my family and I wanted to order drinks, she seemed angry and was not friendly or welcoming. She recommended alcoholic cocktails and a family combo including tower beer, which was not suitable for us. She also talked too much and did not explain things clearly. I hope the management can improve the service attitude in the future.I felt that the staff’s attitude made my family and me very disappointed. Even though this was already our 8th time visiting this month, and we had planned to come back again, because of this experience with the staff, perhaps my family and I will not return anymore.

  best Hotel in Bui Vien Street

  We had a wonderful experience staying at Duc Vuong Hotel. From the receptionists and housekeeping staff to the team at the rooftop restaurant, everyone was extremely professional and welcoming.A special thanks to the restaurant manager, Mr. Long, who took great care of us throughout our stay. Our family follows a vegetarian diet, and he kindly recommended several vegetarian options available at the buffet. Moreover, he even asked if we would like any dishes that were not on the buffet line and offered to have the kitchen prepare separate vegetarian meals for us.We truly felt happy and well taken care of during our time here. If you’re planning to stay or use the services, I highly recommend booking in advance, as the hotel tends to be fully booked quickly due to its prime location in the lively walking street area.

  Enjoyable stay with helpful staff and clean rooms, slightly let down by comfort issues

  This hotel is right in the middle of Red light but it’s super fun around. Room and bathroom was clean, well organised with towels and amenities. We booked premier room which comes with a balcony, not too Spacious and not too compact layout. Due to the balcony facing Bui Vien, there’s loud music till late night from the bars on the streets. Ear plugs were given, we didn’t have to us them as we carried our high speed fan which has white noise. But without it, it would be a nightmare.Reception staff Duy Vu checked us in, he was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included, basic selection of items but good food. Service staff were attentive and polite. Shower pressure- not good.The shower only had lukewarm water. We reported it and were told to run it for 15 minutes, but it had already been on for over 20. The staff member said he would check it the next day, but nothing was done, so we did not raise it again.The pillows were uncomfortable, so we asked for firmer or alternative options. The receptionist initially said housekeeping had finished for the day, then said he would arrange something after we insisted, but no one ever came.Allow extra time for checkout as housekeeping needs to inspect the room before you can leave

  This was my second time staying at Duc Vuong. During my December trip to Saigon, I stayed here for three nights. The first time, I stayed in a suite, so I booked a suite again this time. Although it was the same room type, it was on a different floor. The view was still very nice.Even though the hotel is located on a pedestrian street, the room was not noisy at all. The location is extremely convenient, and it’s very easy to get around using GrabBike. All the staff members were very friendly.Breakfast is served in buffet style. The food was ok,mostly Asian flavors. My favorite was the pho—having a bowl of it in the morning was very refreshing. The room facilities were complete, including air conditioning, toiletries, a living area, a sofa, a TV, and a refrigerator.I had a very relaxing three-night stay here. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit,highly recommended!
