    Beautiful Hotel and great staff!

    We had a lovely stay in Fusion Suites in Ho Chi Minh City…the staff at check-in were so lovely and friendly! We were in room 903 a corner room and I would recommend booking a corner room! The double windows are just lovely and it is a bigger room! We also had a big bath which I used every night after a busy day! The breakfast was really nice…a good selection and beautiful fresh fruit! Myself and my daughter went for a head and scalp massage and a facial…this was amazing! Sa Lay was brilliant and I was so relaxed! I went for a full body massage another day and Trinh was also amazing! I would highly recommend getting a treatment done at the hotel! I would stay here again for definite!     A Relaxing Stay with Excellent Service

    Stayed here with my wife and we both had a really good time. The hotel is in a very convenient area, easy to walk to Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien, but the street itself is surprisingly quiet with lots of trees around. Breakfast was better than we expected and the staff were always friendly and smiling. My wife especially loved the atmosphere and how kind Vietnamese people are. Also thank you to H.Bao at reception for being so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Only thing missing was a swimming pool, otherwise everything was great.     There was nothing to compare to my 2-night stay at Fusion Suites Saigon. The breakfast was perfect, the room was beautiful, and I really liked the ginger tea welcome drink. The staff were super friendly, especially the muscular bellboy named Bao. He recommended Pho Thin, which was also super delicious. If you guys travel to Ho Chi Minh City, this should definitely be the place to stay.     Fantastic Stay in Fusion Suite Hotel

    I highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons :1) Reservation - easy via Agoda and receive response from hotel expeditiously on my queries. 2) Checking -in - seamless. Love the welcome drink - cold and refreshing. Check in staff who speak good English are super helpful. 3) Room layout - I book a double twin with extra bed for 3 adult. The room is super spacious even with an extra bed. The bathroom is awesomely huge with a bath tub. We had a very comfortable 4 night- stay. 4) Breakfast - a big shout out to the chef who created the daily menu. The varieties are simply amazing, satisfying our craving for Vietnamese, western, Japanese and Korean cuisines. The menu changes daily too. 5) Staff - the staff are well trained. Very customer centric, pro-active, and very enthusiastic. Great job to the person who is in charge of employee training. The vibes among the staff is positive, all demonstrating a willingness to serve.6) Surrounding- opp hotel has a massage shop which offers great service at reasonable rates. Hotel is near places of interests. 7) shout out to Henry, Tran, Kiet, DAnh, and another front service staff slim n with spectacle. Another lady (she is always there) in the restaurant who offer to on the fan outside the restaurant for us to eat meal bought outside.     A warm Saigon welcome

    A lovely Saigon welcome from the staff. We had a very stylish and modern room and enjoyed the tree lined view from our 9th floor room. Breakfast selection was very good. One added bonus was the complimentary spa visit which unfortunately we were unable to use due to time pressure, we would definitely stay at Fusion Suites if visiting Saigon again.
