Location

    It was my first time traveling to Vietnam, and I initially faced some difficulties communicating with the local. However, everything changed when I arrived at the hotel. Troung welcomed me with genuine care and went above and beyond to assist me, even though we had just met. I felt truly touched by his kindness. Thankfully, I arrived safely and was pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in.Throughout my stay, I was impressed that many staff members seemed to remember me even before I got to know them. Their attention to detail and sincere hospitality made my experience incredibly special and memorable.I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping my room clean and comfortable throughout my stay.Although I cannot remember everyone’s names, I would like to give special thanks Troung, Harry, Rachel to those who made my stay filled with such wonderful moments. I truly appreciate everything you have done.If I go back to Vietnam, definitely this is the property I will stay!

    We had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon!The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always courteous. They truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a great variety and high-quality options. We also loved spending time at the rooftop bar—the atmosphere was perfect, and the bartenders were fantastic.The location is another big plus, making it easy to get around and explore the city.Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely stay here again!

    Relaxing stayi in the heart of HCMC

    We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel even though there was renovations in the lobby. We were disappointed that the renovations including restaurants and bar were not completed as the Bonvoy advertised them. I was only notified ~2 weeks before our booking this was the case.However, putting that aside, the hotel staff, facilities (pool, gym, exec lounge) and existing restaurant made more than made up for it! All staff were friendly and helpful from conceirge, pool bar (I was a regular), gym and breakfast! I enjoyed chilling by the pool after a big day of sight seeing.Breakfast was great and the buffet dinner was probably the best buffet we had and close to the best lobster, if not the best. They also had pretty good wine selection and attentive service, which I honestly wasn’t expecting for a buffet.Also the hotel is in a great location. HCMC is so large so you generally can’t go wrong with most hotels. You can walk or grab it to a destination easily.Thank you for looking after us.

    Sophie in the Executive Lounge at the JW in Saigon

    I travel extensively. The JW in Ho Chi Minh City is always a lovely place to stay. So accommodating and professional. As an Ambassador -level Bonvoy chap, I always use the 2 hours of free meeting room space provided just off the executive lounge on the 19th floor. What a great place to host people. While all the staff in the lounge are exceptional (especially Thomas!), the energetic, positive, and ever-moving Sophie is next level. She's a gem of a hostess for tired, jet-lagged professional business people.
