    Three of us booked a connecting room here to stay for 2 nites. Hotel decoration in our room was so nice and the way the staffs welcomed us so warm. All of them were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is at the center of An Thoi Town - the one in the south of Phu Quoc Island. It was so convenient to explore around at the port, the market, the padoga and beach...The roof top bar was very nice, clean and comfortable. Best view at the sunset time with a cooktail. Highly recommended!

    Rooms are clean, staff is very polite and professional. I have used laundry service, the staff is very quick and attentive. I will choose this hotel next time when traveling with my family to Phu Quoc!

    This is my second time to visit Phu Quoc and stayed at Phung Hung Hotel. Everything seemed to be new and clean like the first time I stayed here. Friendly staffs and helpful information during the covid-19. I highly recommend this place to my friends and co-workers.

    The hotel is an eye-candy in the village, seems so modern and fresh and pretty, but all the looks may be deceiving! The check-in was disaster, the receptionist was so neutral, it seemed she wouldn't care less if I stay or don't there... Her english was also extremely poor, but I would not expect perfect language skills on the island anyway. The services were generally very poor, in the rooftop restaurant we had to fish waiters to our tables, as they were too busy playing with their phones or talking to each other... The drinks and food quality at the bar were also extremely poor, breakfast was close to a joke.The room was spacious and clean, they arranged a honeymoon setup upon arrival so that was kind of them, but the sleep quality was terrible. We were on a higher floor, so the rooftop shading rolls made so much sound it felt like someone was literally hammering the walls next to us. Two nights like this and zero help from front desk to get another room, so we decided to leave...In addition they also have weddings with disastrous music, so that kept us awake until 1am one night, after that came the rooftop hammering... Absolute waste of money, I just cannot recommend them, problem-solving zero. Location is good, close to port if you want to do some boat trips. They also help you get a scooter if you are interested.

    We came here for dinner as an alternative to the Premier resort as an easy dinner, being as it was close by.All the staff were welcoming and served us quickly.The roof top bar itself very nice, clean and comfortable.
