Location

Centrally located in Phan Thiet, this resort is right on the beach.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 96 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The resort has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

A refreshing swim in the indoor pool complex is a great way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball and golf. Water sports enthusiasts are offered windsurfing. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, billiards and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

    3rd visit to my favorite resort in Mui Ne. Will return again

    We just had a short trip to Mui Ne last week and were returning back to Romana resort where I have been here 2 times and now is my third time. To be fair, this is an old resort but still maintains its facilities and rooms quite well although they are a bit old but still very functional. Only one issue with the room was its TV which was very hard to use given its newly installed box of IPTV and has less channels than the cable tv (before it was having CNN, BBC and HBO). Breakfast was great with limited but decent options. The biggest point which I highly value of this resort were its top notch services from reservation team (which supported us to reschedule our booking without having any additional charges due to the sudden accident of my child) and the staffs at the resort, especially the staffs at the Panorama restaurant where we were interacting most. We also had lunch at the resort and it was awesome given the quality of the foods as well as its atmosphere and view over the pool and the beach. Last but not least, Romana is situated at the ideal location with the very peaceful surrounding and nice beach. Such a great place for relaxing.Thanks Romana team’s efforts for making our trip memorable. We will return next time.     Relaxing stay in Mui Ne

    Location is idyllic with view ofthe beach throughout the resort. However it is remote and other than the terrace restaurant and Linh Mart there is nothing within walking distance The villas are spacious with a semi outdoor bathroom which in itself is beautiful but regrettably a breeding ground for the mosquito which are vicious and do not appear to be put off by repellent! Lovely cleaner and pool guy. Pool cleaned daily and clean towels, coffee and water also provided. Rooms could do with at least one or two deeper cleans during the week due to the amount of dead bugs.The breakfast in the hotel caters for most with pastries, cakes, cereal. breads, fruit and cold cuts together with a range of traditional Vietnamese cuisine.Spa is wonderful and would recommend a visit.The downside - although out of season, the pool bar and laguna bar were not manned. The Panama restaurant and bar is empty most of the day, and the food in the restaurant was not to our taste.It can be difficult to communicate to staff without google translate.Although the site information states card payments accepted there would appear to be one card reader throughout the site so spa. Bar. Restaurant all require you to go back to reception to pay.Nonetheless a very pleasant and relaxing stay.     Amazing stay and will rebook if we come back to South Vietnam

    We stayed here in one of the villas recently for a 2 week break as a family and loved our stay, we would definitely stay here again if visiting southern Vietnam. The resort is located between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet and easy to use Grab to travel into either. All staff were friendly. Efficient housekeeping cleaning each day. Pool maintained daily. Lovely ocean view from everywhere in the resort. We are a vegan family and communicated on our first day via google translate at the complimentary breakfast. Each day the restaurant staff made us a different delicious dish each day. There is also a vast fruit selection, pastries, cooked dishes and drinks available. The restaurants nearby the resort and Linh Mart all within walking distance have nice food too.     The villas are amazing, the pool is brilliant beds are comfy and the bathroom has a semi outdoor shower which was really cool. Housekeeping came twice a day and restocked the water, tea and coffee alongside regular pool cleaning and towel changes. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help you with anything. Loads of food options on the menu and all were really good. The resort as a whole was absolutely gorgeous and the spa was amazing too. Mui ne is a really nice peaceful place and has enough tours/activities to keep you occupied while there, highly recommend. Thank you!     Good place for relax

    I have been to Mui Ne many times, staying at many different resorts. And this is the first time at Romana Resort, I must say it is great. The isolated location at the end of the road is very suitable for relaxation or going in groups. The long and clean beach is the highlight of the resort. The staff is cheerful and friendly. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.
