    Great hotel in a good location. I arrived early and ask if it was possible to have a early check in, the friendly staff at the reception made it all possible and even gave me a bigger room than I had booked. Room is spacious and clean.

    Clean, good price, and friendly staff. Lots of great restaurants near by as well if you like Japanese food. Neil and Tom were very accommodating hosts.

    I booked this hotel twice, back to back. Check-in went smoothly. Wy helped with my numerous heavy suitcases and gave me a welcome drink. He and the team were very helpful and accommodating. They even upgraded my room. The location is great. A quick walk to all the best spots. The rooms were clean, although not very soundproofed. I recommend ear plugs and/or a noise app to sleep but that's pretty standard across Vietnam.

    I like the hotel location. It has a pool access next to the hotel. The hotel staff are very accommodating and professional. The hotel attendant VWY is very helpful.
