    The location is OK, but the hotel facilities are old and maintained not so well. Also, the window is so so so small and it's noisy in the midnight because there is no noisy proof for the window. I would not recommend this hotel to my friend. But the hotel staffs are all kind and friendly.     The location is great and near to all cafés and restaurants. Staffs, especially Bryan, and the girl receptionist are helpful and accommodated. The room was clean and great value for money if you want a hotel that is near to tourist's spots.     Silverland Min hotel ticks all the boxes if you are on mid budget and looking for excellent service. The location of hotel is perfect, close to Opera and other shopping centers. I believe this is the best location hotel if you like to be near to top attractions and avoid noisy streets. The entire hotel staff is polite and very supportive. They accommodated our early check-in request and offered room before standard check in time. I appreciate this ! Room was neat, clean and tidy- no frills. We stayed in a Family room which was spacious and adequate. The breakfast was good and one of the server- Kacey made special arrangement - a vegetarian noddle dish and cold coffee for us. Thank you soooo much Kacey- you are amazing !
