    I moved into Silverland on the 2nd of June. The people at the reception are very helpful and the ladies in red and the manager is always very helpful and kind.Sam and Pho and the rest of the Porter team are very impressive. They are not only helpful, they are very polite and fast in their work..especially Sam, he is very alert and will be there to help you with heavy stuff after your shopping. Its the best porter team I have seen. They are a very motivated lot. Tien and Vu are very attentive at breakfast. After my second day stay, VU will prepare a glass of ice when I arrive as I have a habit of drinking cold water in the morning. Its one of the sweetest thing I have experience when having breakfast ay hotel. Very well done Vu. Anf Tien who is always so smiley and cheerful every morning. She remembers most people room numbers !!! Good memories!The room cleaning crew are a great bunch.. room is always clean and they mop the floor every day. In all, the facilities are abit dated.. but the splendid hotel service makes it the best I have stayed in HCM.Congrats for having such a wonderful and hard working team in every department, Silverland. I will definitely stay at your hotel on all my future visits !     Great hotel. Great staff. Great food. Great roof top bar Tuan Anh is an awesome bartender. Very funny, has a few magic tricks and makes great drinks. The spa is world class in a Japanese theme.     Looking for a cool place to stay in the Japantown of Saigon? Then this is a great option!

    This hotel was perfect for me and my boyfriend. We aren't very high maintenance when we travel. We just need a clean room to come back to after a long day and helpful staff around whenever we have any questions. But the service exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very accommodating, patient, and friendly. The front desk staff and the bell boys were the best and really impressed us with how professional and kind they were. I do believe they go the extra mile to make sure you feel safe and are having a good time in the city. My boyfriend and I took a motorbike tour and when we getting picked up at the hotel, the staff took a picture for us and even printed it out which was so nice.The room itself is clean, has a cute aesthetic, and is a cozy size (it's not super big but still had enough space for the two of us and four large suitcases). The location is convenient and not noisy at night. I also like how they throw in the free body and foot massage if you book through their website for the higher tier rooms, it was a nice touch. For the price, I was totally satisfied with the service and the room quality. I would totally recommend this place to others and would even stay here myself again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
