    Had an amazing stay here, the hotel have a very strategic location near My Khe Beach, the view from my room was very beautiful. The room itself also spacious and have a very comfortable bed, have a balcony with best ocean view, the staff also very kind and helpful. Love the vietnamese hospitality! The highlight of my stay here is the rooftop pool and breakfast restaurant. The rooftop pool and bar have a very stunning view and the breakfast was very delicious and have a wide variety of foods and they also serve vietnamese food.     People and location 5 stars. Hotel is no where close to 5 stars…

    The location and people at this hotel are 5 star. But the hotel itself is not. It’s old hotel. Elevators are slow and you wait for a long time to get one. The plugs in the room don’t always work. It’s old and outdated. The people there are top notch though going above and beyond at every corner.

    I have stayed at this property several times and each visit exceed the last better. The staff is exceptional. I know that sounds cliche, but I'm greeted with the utmost respect from the time enter the property front door until the time I check out. I won't list any names because I am sure to miss a few. Everyone is top notch, from management to the property guard. I will continue to call this my Vietnam home until I move here full time. This year I was fortunate to view the International Fireworks Contest. The view from Roof top restaurant (Horizon) was spectacular. The food and service were absolutely amazing. It was a total team effort to ensure that everyone had the best experience.
