    Hotel is value for your money great river view Walking distance to restaurants and spas Pool ok Room is big and spacious in need of a little renovation but if staying a night or two Does the job Short grab ride into town and not so far from the beach

    The 1st impression - Lobby was extremely hot. They had standing fans instead. Room was so so , the only impressive for me was that they had good TV channels in English ! We came in a group and on the last day upon checking out. we had friends that was said to be taking their bath robe ( which is super tiny and old ) , also that drank the mineral water in the fridge ( which they didn't have to as the travel agent we travelled with provided us limitless water ) . Location is also bad , no shops nearby and you need transports. If I am coming on my own, I definitely, won't chose this hotel .

    1. Air Conditioning Issues:The air conditioners in the room were not working or turned off, and despite multiple complaints, they were never switched on. Instead, we were given a stand fan, which did little to combat the extreme heat. The reception area felt unbearably hot—worse than being outdoors—and it was extremely uncomfortable for all guests.2. Unprofessional Staff Behavior:At breakfast, the staff member preparing live omelettes was exceptionally rude. Guests were forced to bend and request food through a cramped 2x2 ft window, and she behaved as though she were doing us a favor by simply doing her job. This was both demeaning and frustrating.3. Poor Food Presentation and Quality:Two staff members came around placing tiny medicine-like bottles with barely two spoons of curd on tables. The food options were extremely limited and not at all suited to Indian tastes, and the tea served was of notably poor quality.Overall, the service and hospitality fell far below expectations. I sincerely hope that the management will take these concerns seriously .
