    First of all, I never write reviews as I’ve always been happy with our accommodations over the years. Have used Booking.com for years and for our trip through Vietnam this year. This hotel misses the mark, not at all described and pictured. Not Bookings fault but in listing indicated breakfast included, nope. No indication whatsoever about it also being a hostel. We had a “hotel room”, very outdated, beat up a bit and only one roll of Tpaper.. not good when eating Vietnamese food! Ha. Positives are: good location out of the mess in old town, short walks to food options, bed is quite good and the shower is good. I personally would highly recommend picking another hotel in the area. Cheers

    Pros- A very lovely stay. Walking distance to Ancient town and every other good food. Very centrally located. Staff was very helpful and polite. Staff Ny helped us a lot and speaks English very wellBreakfast provided by hotel.We stayed in 3rd floor. No lift but staff helped us carry bags up and downCons - it’s a little outdated furniture but overall clean. Breakfast provided was 4/10 so can skip. No lift. Pool is very small and not that clean. Overall I would recommend staying here if u just need a decent hotel to come back to sleep as most of the time , you will be out and about the town/beach.

    This is a cute little boutique hotel right on the canal. Super location to walk everywhere.The staff are the sweetest and will help with anything. Breakfast is pre ordered but only prepared when you sit down, so fresh and delicious.It’s a 3.5 star hotel which has everything you need for a comfy stay, even cheap drinks in the mini bar. The beds are comfy. The pool is small but perfectly maintained and nice to relax in or cool down. The rooms are decent in size with a good sized tv too.If you struggle with stairs let them know to place you downstairs. They help with bags regardless.For the price, the value is insane and lovely to support a local family business. They appreciate it.     The most amazing little hotel!! The rooms are beautiful, clean, modern and the beds are comfortable. The receptionist Ny is so lovely and helpful. The breakfast is the best! I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s close enough to everything but also quiet.
