Great hotel! The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient. If I have a chance, I will come back.

    Okay for a short stay

We stayed just one night. Our room did not have window but was okay. It was clean with good amenities. Free water bottles were provided. There was a coffee pot which was very dirty. We checked in late and was kindly greeted by the staff without an issue. There seems to be a pool but we did not have a chance to visit. The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the Da Nang Airport when walked and somewhat far from tourist areas and the city center. I think it should be perfectly fine for a night.

Don't do it, booking.com photos nothing like the real thing. We need a shower & a bed to lay on while watching TV, before a midn

We were after something basic, but clean, it was horrible & dirty. The shower flooded bathroom pooling all around the toilet. Stunk so bad of cigarettes, ashtrays at lift doors under no smoking signs. Aircon poor & very loud. Ripped & dirty bedding. Mould in the corners of the room. Complementary thongs were a joke. The lift was really dirty. The whole place looked dirty & run down. We checked out and decided to spend the extra 4 hours at the airport. Non smokers but our clothes and hair stunk of cigarettes from the short time we were there.

    Could be amazing

So we stayed the week after Tet and during the Coronovirus incident, and were informed on the first morning that as we were one of only 4 rooms being used, there would be a reduced selection for breakfast - pho, eggs, toast and salad. After 2 days we ate out. Whilst we understand the reasoning, we were disappointed as we booked this hotel because the advertised breakfast was supposedly excellent. Same applied to the pool - we were hoping to sit by the pool and have a drink at the advertised bar - bar not open or in use due to lack of guests - again we understand the reasoning, but we stayed here for these facilities and if a service is advertised,, it should be available. Miss Ann and the restaurant manager were excellent, sorting tables and ordering cars for tours - thank you! Reception staff a different matter - these are the first point of contact for your hotel, and they are not good. several times they were too busy on their phones to respond to us standing waiting for keys, their English was too limited and couldn't understand basics like, 'check out', room service etc - If you have down-time get off your mobile and practice your language skills. They were also very unhelpful when asked to recommend restaurants, and after one particularly long day we needed a cold drink and local shops were shut - I asked if they could source one from a fridge on the 8th floor - NO that pool, that closed. Could they take one from another room and refill it in the morning - we no do that. In desperation I asked if anywhere local would sell one - they pointed to a cafe across the street, laughing!!! I was not amused and found them rude to the extreme. Another problem was with the lifts - customer service to me dictates that if you call a lift and it arrives with a cleaning trolley in it, the trolley gets out and you get in - Not so here - the staff with the trolley laugh and wave at you - and this can happen several times in a row - we waited nearly 15 minutes one morning for a lift that did not have a cleaning crew or workman in it.I am sure that when full, with all facilities operating, this could be a lovely place to stay - for us it was a big disappointment that we put up with for 5 nights - not a great end to our stayI would have like to have left this info on a feedback form for the hotel to sort/discuss - but they no do that!
