    You can post this as a hotel review:I booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights through Agoda and selected the "Pay at Hotel" option because it seemed safer and more convenient to make the payment upon arrival.However, the hotel messaged me twice through Agoda asking for payment before check-in. I replied and asked whether I could pay at the hotel as stated in my booking, but they simply repeated that payment had to be made before the check-in date. This was confusing because the booking clearly offered a "Pay at Hotel" option.What made the experience even worse was that the hotel cancelled my reservation on the very day of my arrival in Da Nang. As I was travelling, I did not check the Agoda app regularly. I only discovered the cancellation after landing at Da Nang Airport.When I called the hotel to ask why my booking had been cancelled, the receptionist/manager repeatedly stated that it was their hotel policy. I explained that if this was their policy, they should have cancelled the booking at least a couple of days in advance, not on the day guests arrive in the city with nowhere to stay.Unfortunately, the staff did not listen to my concerns, kept arguing, and eventually hung up the call without properly explaining the situation or offering any assistance.If the hotel does not genuinely allow guests to pay at the property, then they should remove the "Pay at Hotel" option from Agoda to avoid misleading customers.This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor communication, lack of customer service, and last-minute cancellation.

    Don't book this hotel! Bugs and bad food

    Booked this hotel, 2 days before going there spoke to a couple who were in the hotel and became ill from the food, also found bed bugs. Because my daughter was having trouble with her stomach. I cancelled my booking because i didn't want to risk my daughter getting more sick.The hotel wouldn't give me my money back. Telling me that everything is OK with the food... The liars!Please people read the bad review first! There are bugs, cockroaches in rooms people getting sick from food.The service of this hotel is crab.

    Vanda Hotel right in the middle of Da Nang. The room was really nice and breakfast was exeptional and the room was always clean. The Spa offered a really relaxing and nice massage. Top View bar had nice view of Da Nang. The staff are all very helpful and serviceminded and if you have any complance or matters they are quick to respond and solve any matters. I got real god value for my money for the service.Even thougt there was a lot of traffic outside, you couldn´t hear it inside the hotel.If you ever go to Da Nang try Vanda Hotel I recomend you to stay on this hotel it´s worth it.     Perfect location to see the sights of Da Nang

    The staff are so courteous and friendly especially Tien ,AN and Trinh on the reception desk. On arrival we were met with ginger tea. The hotel room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious offering a huge variety of dishes. The hotel is well located to visit the dragon bridge and the cham sculpture museum.
