    Our trip at Vinpearl Nam Hoi An which was the reward for my son on summer, was so wonderful. Hotel service was quick and smoothly. Our questions were responded quickly and properly. We were so amazed by the huge swimming pool and BBQ seafood party on beach. I have referred the trip to my friends.     Unfortunately, this was one of the worst places I’ve ever chosen to celebrate a birthday. For a property that markets itself as a 5-star resort, the experience fell far below expectations.The rooms were extremely noisy, making it difficult to get any proper sleep. The restaurant food was bland and underwhelming, and service was consistently slow. The lobby felt chaotic and overcrowded rather than relaxing! more like a busy school hallway than a luxury resort.What disappointed me most was the lack of helpfulness from the staff. Requests took too long to address, and there was very little proactive customer service throughout our stay.Overall, the resort did not deliver the comfort, service, or atmosphere expected of a 5-star property. A very disappointing birthday experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.     We recently stayed at Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An and overall had a very enjoyable and memorable experience. The resort is impressive, but what really stood out was the service. Our driver, Kỳ Cao, was outstanding throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us, always polite, reliable, and genuinely helpful. Thuy An also added a lot to the experience with great advice, charm, and a very warm approach at the Cocoon restaurant that made us feel well looked after. The reception and concierge teams were also exceptional — consistently polite, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed.We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom villa, which was ideal for a family or group stay. Each of the three double bedrooms had its own en-suite bathroom, desk, large TV, and very comfortable bed. The villa was well designed, with plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy time together without feeling crowded. The interior and exterior lighting were particularly well thought out and really enhanced the atmosphere in the evenings. The private pool was another highlight: large, warm, and perfect for swimming rather than just dipping in.The food experience was also very good. Breakfast at Cocoon restaurant offered a huge variety of options, with something for everyone. The evening buffet was enjoyable too, and the twice-weekly BBQ nights on Wednesdays and Saturdays were a real highlight. There was a lively atmosphere, a great variety of food, and even though the rain cut the live band short after around two hours, it was still a fun evening.VinWonders was also a fun experience, with plenty of rides and activities to enjoy. The river safari was great, and feeding the elephant that posed for photos was memorable, although we are not personally in approval of animals being caged.The only disappointing points were related to privacy in the villa. The entrance door had no curtains or frosted glass, meaning neighbours could see directly into the dining area, which felt a little insecure. Also, the private pool was not fully private, as neighbours and passersby had visibility into the area.Overall, this was a fantastic stay with excellent service, beautiful accommodation, and only a few privacy improvements needed to make it truly outstanding.
