We had an amazing 4-night stay at Bel Conti Hotel as a family of five, and it exceeded all our expectations.From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm, relaxing, and family-friendly, making us feel welcome at all times. The facilities were fantastic, and we felt the hotel offered exceptional value for money.A very special thank you to Edison, who looked after us with our drinks and meals. He is the definition of excellent customer service—professional, patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. His outstanding character and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Hats off to him—he is a real asset to Bel Conti Hotel!If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to improve the hotel’s online advertising and presentation. Bel Conti Hotel is far more beautiful, impressive, and superb than its online photos and descriptions suggest. We’ve been coming to this restaurant every year for the past 15 years it used to be really really good. Last year and this year was awful never going back. There was a power cut on average every 5 mins. Chips were rock solid. Spaghetti still had water in it. Soup was out of a tin. Calzone was 9/10 dough with 1 mouthful of actual cheese/tomato

Our room (204) had a very nice big terrace but was inadequately furnished. The situation of the hotel is good and there is a pleasant garden terrace for meals. The hotel dining room is also good as is the private parking area.

We had been trying to stay for 18 months due to COVID. But we managed to stay 14-20th September .What a find , loved the location,staff,food.Rooms were clean and tidy .Would recommend this hotel rather than other larger ones on the beach.Outside dinning was superb and the food was fresh and very well presented.Sun beds are free and on the beach. And bar staff will serve you on the beach.100% happy . Going back 2022 again .

I have visited this hotel throughout many summers. The food is exceptional and it’s right near the beach. Great place for families or friend groups. I have recommended it to all of my friends. Always a good choice to have a delicious warm meal.
