    Not get expected service.

    rating10 Sept 2026

When I booked through “Loveholidays” it’s was listed 5 Stars Luxury Hotels and Spa. However when we checked in it’s wasn’t 5 Stars at all. It’s more like 4 Stars. From the reception to the room service was very poor. First thing, I emailed to the reception manager to inform them we’d be late checking approx 10pm , requested to then to arrange some dinner for us. After checked in I asked for dinner, they have some sandwiches on top of the reception desk, however they refused to give us a single one. In the room, there’s limited drinking water. There’s no Spa at all, no Gym too.

For such a high price, the level of service was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. The overall experience

    rating30 Aug 2026

The rooms were not cleaned properly. There was no water for a day and a half, and we had to ask four times before anyone finally took care of the issue. We also had to ask several times to have our room cleaned, and the bed sheets were not changed at all. The rubbish bin was not emptied either. In addition, one of the waiters at the bar was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
