Nice hotel and perfect location right next to the beach and promenade with plenty restaurants,beach bars and a money exchange right beside the hotel.Room was spotless every day and very well maintained

We arrived as a group of friends for a six-night stay, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the experience. Service in the dining area was extremely poor; the food was cold and unlabeled, and the staff seemed unhappy about having to serve guests. After we complained about the cold and poorly served food, the staff blamed their equipment and simply placed a microwave next to the buffet—yet the food continued to be served cold and stale. The hotel beach wasn't set up; sunbeds and umbrellas weren't put out, even though temperatures reached 30°C. There was no evening entertainment, and the spa facilities were unavailable. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, housekeeping was good, and the hotel is located right by the beach. Unfortunately, I would rate it a weak 3 stars; management still has a lot of work to do regarding customer service. I might return to Albania, but not to this hotel—I do not recommend it.

Albania exceeded all of our expectations. The seaside town is beautiful, with stunning beaches and a wonderful atmosphere.Hotel Bleart was fantastic throughout our stay. The hotel was comfortable, impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, ensuring our room was spotless and well maintained.The reception team were always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.The food was outstanding, with a great variety available each day. There was always plenty of choice, and we never felt rushed during meals, allowing us to relax and enjoy the dining experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Bleart to anyone visiting the area. bsolute gem of aPlace Albania has revealed itself to be. Not the most frequent choice of beach holidays but the seaside town of Durres and The wonderful Hotel Bleart have surpassed our expectations. It’s a stunning beachside location… it really is on the beach and has a chilled and peaceful vibe. It was very quiet when we went at the end of May and absolutely no sun bed wars.The rooms were lovely with beautiful beachside location views and the food was very nice. Only downside was getting the temperature rightOn the shower but that’s a minor moan. The whole place was impeccably clean and the staff amazing / helpful and friendly. The receptionists Arietta and Daisy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable / even allowing us to keep our room on free of charge because of late check out.We are frequent travellers and most impressed with Hotel Bleart Durres for a cost effective beach break.Albania is terrifically scenic and has a wonderful climate. It’s also relatively cheap. Well worth a look ?? f you fancy a change from Greece or Spain and definitely recommend Hotel Bleart at Durres!

Clean good hotel, great buffets - especially breakfast had pancakes and Albanian petulla. Nice views. Friendly helpful staff.
