Not much went right during the stay.

At arrival we were acually feeling hopeful but as the days went by we were met with not only lacking pf quality service and hospitality, the rooms was bot clean and the bathroom smelled like garbage. No aircondition in the room as well and noone cared to fix it with a spare fan or change of room. We couldn’t sleep the whole stay, the room was 36 degrees during nights and we had to remind the staff every day. Also the safety locker didn’t work for the first 2 days, which led to an unsafe experience. Also we didn’t get fresh towels after cleaning service for 2 days and had to tell the staff which acted like we were bothering them. We were very patient and understanding. The young girl at the reception is very sweet but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are used to certain standard. The food was burned and took 40 min.

Very nice hotel at the coastline in Durrës. The room was very nice with balcony and a big bathroom. Their is a cozy pool area. The staff is super helpfull. The beach is just across the road and the sun-chairs is free when you’re staying at the hotel.
