Top location, and great hospitality

Conveniently located, just around the corner from the bus station, the room was adequate. But this hotel is more like a local coffee house - the coffee is excellent.The breakfast was most generous, but when the owner saw that I couldn't possibly eat it all he appeared with some foil sheet and a bag and bundled some of the food, plus extra water into a bag for my bus journey. Most helpful staff we have ever encountered!

During our trip to Albania, our car broke down 15 km from Sarande so we had to check in there for 3 days until it got fixed.Fortunately the 1st hotel we walked in (Lindi Hotel that is) had a free room so we checked in there. The entire experience was unexpected and more than we could ask for. The staff was very understanding of our situation as we could not give them a definite timeframe for our stay. The rooms are very clean, there is always someone available at reception to help you and their breakfast is really really good. We would have never discovered them nor Sarande had it not been for the car trouble.If you are ever in Sarande, we highly recommend this place!

Frustrating stay

Positives: Hotel Lindi is well located for visitors to Sarande. It's next to the bus/furgon stop which means no lengthy walk to find the hotel if you're using the method of transport to get around. The lobby is big and open and the rooms all have a patio that can be enjoyed. Negatives: the quality of the hard and soft furnishings in the rooms is a let down. The mattress in our room was deformed and needed to be replaced. The electricity kept failing in our room. This meant the air conditioning went off in the middle of the night when temperatures were 35C. The internet won't reach your room unless you happen to be in one of the rooms next to the router. The property only takes cash for payment. This is not ideal. While there is a bank machine immediately opposite their front door it didn't work with our bank card and therefore I had to literally run into town to find a bank machines that worked. We were never told it was cash only until the last morning when we were departing quite early. This rush really made an impression on my stay in the property.

Great value for money!Located in the very center of Saranda. Free private parking. Big comfortable and clean rooms and lobby with all facilities available. Delicious breakfast. Amazing staff. The owners are willing to assist you for everything you need to enjoy your stay in Saranda.
