  Could be so much better: Needs lots of improvement

  Too many annoying things…and most so easy to fix. No ‘do not disturb’ signs…sick and tired of being disturbed! To mind the most annoying is the fact they’ll let non-guests into the very small pool area: taking up pool lounges and taking away from an otherwise private environment. And the room? The nicest thing I can say about the decor is its ’original’ (ie stuck in the 80’s)…the shower is AWFUL (picture tiny cruise cabin closet but without the water pressure or decent soap…just appealing amenities. Breakfast is ok (just ok). It’s well positioned, balcony views are awesome but beware the nightclub noise…overall: disappointing.

  The hotel was basic but good, rooms were adequate, bathroom was decent, view from the rooms was spectacular. Pool area was lovely, straight off the deck in to the sea. There was also good service around the pool area for drinks. Breakfast was decent, had everything you needed. Location was good, around 10 minutes walk to the main strip.

  Pro’sRoom was amazing and the views were incredible. Jacuzzi was a nice feature to cool off and relax after some busy days sight seeing. Pool was nice, bit too much salt though which irritated eyes Cleaning of the room was good. Location was good, short walk from the main promenade and restaurants. Con’sThe breakfast - unfortunately the cooked elements were lukewarm/cold every day. This included bacon, fried eggs, and sausage, and omelette. Having raised concerns on the second day, nothing was done. I for one like my food to be hot when served, just like you would any restaurant. You wouldn’t pay for cold food. Unfortunately trying to explain this to the staff was hard work. I didn’t understand why other guests were not bothered about this. As for us it was real issue. The staff were often seen sat around in plain sight smoking and on their phones. Which I found unprofessional. The customer service was a lot to be desired and really needs to be better to cater for all paying customer needs. Which are unfortunately not listened too.

  Hotel excelente..

  I stayed for four nights at the Jaroal Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent welcome from Erika. She is very sweet and polite. She accompanied us and showed us our room, which, to my surprise, had a stunning view from the balcony.Ana was also very attentive to the guests and always helped us with great kindness and willingness.Another staff member, Xhentil, who works at the pool and maintenance area, was very friendly and always chatted with us.And finally, my biggest surprise was Reyner, who allowed me to have breakfast before the buffet officially opened because I had to catch an early boat from Saranda to Corfu. He is extraordinary, always keeping the breakfast buffet impeccable. Nothing was ever missing, and everything was always clean and fresh.I also loved the pool area and was simply amazed by the entire hotel. Our room was huge and had a beautiful sea view.In conclusion, I absolutely loved this hotel and highly recommend it. It is also very close to the Saranda promenade.

  Perfect base for our short trip

  We are two female friends in our 30s who stayed in Saranda for three nights. This hotel was absolutely perfect for us and although we don't spend loads of time there as we were busy exploring, you could easily have an amazing holiday here and barely leave the hotel.The location couldn't have been better, right on the sea front. The pool area was beautiful, as was the bar / restaurant, as well as the interior of the hotel.Our room was huge, and clean with the most perfect balcony and view. The staff were some of the friendliest we have ever experienced and couldn't do enough for you. They don't offer room service, but one evening when my friend was sick, they brought food up for us from the restaurant. This was our first experience of Albanian hospitality and they were simply brilliant. The one very minor downside was the carpet and decor in the room was a bit dated, but honestly for us it didnt matter as it was so clean and was just a base.10/10 from us- no complaints! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
