Amazing hotel, great location, only a short stroll on to the strip, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the local vicinity, also bus stop nearby for day trips. Staff are lovely, breakfast was good, nice mix of hot and cold elements. Absolutely deserves 5 stars, ignore any old reviews, lovely hotel and would highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

I have absolutely never seen a ruder hotel. A horrible hotel! Incredibly rude and dirty people! In a word, appalling!

Wonderful Hotel with Great Breakfast and Parking

We stayed here as a family of four and had a sea-view room with one double bed and a spacious single bed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the sea. It was cleaned thoroughly every day.The hotel's location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need, while still being a comfortable place to stay.Breakfast was included in the price and offered a good variety of options, including fresh seasonal fruit sourced directly from local farmers—we even saw the deliveries ourselves.Having a dedicated parking space was another major advantage, as parking in Saranda can be difficult.Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saranda.

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a Newmarket Travel tour. The hotel looks like it's been recently renovated and whilst superficially it looks great, it reminded me of a 'Homes Under the Hammer' renovation on a restricted budget. Our mirror was wonky, someone had walked off with the safe key so we couldn't use the safe, the electric bell pad didn't work. However, despite that our room was clean and comfortable with a large balcony and a view of the sea.I think I was the only one in our group of 38 that used the swimming pool which is no surprise as the water was quite cold.Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold food.Whilst I wouldn't choose this hotel we were very happy with our 1 night stay and I'm sure most people would find it acceptable.

Nice hotel looking out to sea. The room we had was really big with a balcony. Breakfast was good with fresh strawberries. Hotel is 10 minute walk to the promenade with lots of bars and restaurants
