    So sad place for a hotel. In the middle of nowhere. You had to order breakfast, and just had 3 alternatives to choose between. And you could not, by our self, use the simple and cheap coffee -machine after breakfast time from 07.00-10:00. Me and my friend come 10:15 one day, and they said no let us use it. The hotel personal seemed sad, tired and distanced. The bed was ok - and that’s all. No balkong either. It was a lot of noise because of some people was working with the rode outside.

    This was part of a mystery holiday deal... so our expectations was low.But we were surprised that the hotel was good.Area was a little scary at night but in daylight it was a great area with convience shops and food etc.Room was big with tv, air-conditioning and mini bar.Some slight issues... window was broken had to get maintenence in to help. Crack in window.Staff was very helpful.

    Lady on reception is extremely kind, I think her name is Julija. Long hair! If you ask me , the whole team should learn from her! Special praise for the maid who was on shift with Julia on the day of our check out. Exceptional ladies!I would not comment on the gentleman at the reception.

    If you dont want to spend a lot of money just to sleep somewhere, but cleaningless is important, then Arc Hotel Tirana could be a perfect choice. We will return! It is very well priced, modern and clean, the staff is really nice and helpful, the wifi is fast (fact is the hotel was almost empty), the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is wet always becouse the shower doesnt have door and the curtain is too short, but its not a big deal. The breakfast is fine, the bakery products are really good. Only the coffe machine seemed not to work perfectly.
