    Poor Communication and Zero Flexibility

    I booked and paid for a specific (higher) room category in advance. Upon arrival at 2pm, I was told my room had been replaced by a basement-level room (lower category) with almost no daylight and a small window at ceiling height. This was not the category I booked, and I had received no prior call or message informing me of this change. Had I been told in advance, I would have cancelled before arrival, avoiding any inconvenience for either party.Faced with this downgrade, I left the hotel to find another solution, returned briefly around 4pm to collect my luggage, and departed for good shortly after. Despite explaining this, management refused a refund, insisting I had “used the room” and claiming they could not resell it, a situation that could have been avoided entirely with proactive communication.I fully understand high-season pressures and operational challenges. What I cannot accept is the lack of transparency before arrival and the refusal to resolve the situation fairly. The onsite staff were polite, but the management’s inflexibility left a lasting negative impression.

    he staff at the hotel were very friendly and made a big difference to the overall experience. Their warmth, combined with the hotel’s stylish decor and cool rooms, really stood out. Although the hotel is located in an area that isn’t particularly scenic, you don’t notice it once you step inside—the atmosphere is inviting and well-designed.What brought the experience down a bit was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which still had traces from previous guests. Also, the bed in our room 204 sagged noticeably in the middle, causing us to roll into each other during the night. It was quite uncomfortable for the back.

    A lovely, little hotel within walking distance of nearly all of Tirana's sights. The staff are friendly, welcoming and full of information about what to visit. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and a delicious, fresh breakfast was served every morning.

    Very nice, helpfull and friendly staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help the customers.Everyday a clean room.Closed parking garage at the hotel, this is even free of charge. We arrived early before check in time and they allowed us to use the garage already at no extra cost!Local breakfast with every morning a peace of delicious home made cake! Good coffee at breakfast. Made with a real coffee machine as in a good coffeeshop.24/7 somebody at the reception for all your services.Eventough it's in the centre of the city it's a quit hotel. We had very good sleep!

    This little gem was exactly what we were looking for… spacious quirky and central. The family loved it don’t let the outside fool you the hotel has fantastic service clean spacious rooms and a great morning breakfast I would stay here any time in Albania.
