Terrible experience. My belongings were stolen by a hotel employee.

During check-out, I accidentally left my AirPods Pro 3 in my room. I immediately contacted the front desk and reported that I had forgotten my headphones in the hotel. I was told that they had not been found. However, since my AirPods have a tracking system, I was able to see that they were still at the hotel and were subsequently taken to another address. Only after I provided the hotel with the tracking information were they able to locate my headphones. The AirPods were eventually returned to me, but they were damaged and no longer working properly. What is particularly concerning is that the tracking information strongly indicated that the headphones were removed from the hotel by someone after I left the property.I have been trying to resolve this matter with the hotel, but the General Manager, Anesti Gode, has still not provided a clear response regarding how the hotel intends to compensate me for the damaged property.I never would have expected to experience what appears to be a criminal incident involving hotel staff during a stay at a hotel like this. The way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.I strongly recommend that future guests be aware of this experience and carefully monitor their belongings when staying at this hotel.

Excellent location just across from the airport. Good housekeeping and always helpful room staff. The restaurant is average for Italian cuisine. Excellent reception at the front desk, with staff always ready to help and solve problems. Ardit and Rebeka were exceptional in accommodating my needs! Recommended hotel for value.

Great Airport Hotel with Pool
14 Sept 2025
I highly recommend this airport hotel if you have to catch an early morning flight at Tiranë Airport. It is a 3 minute walk to the terminal. I was allowed to use the pool from 9 am to 2 pm until I could check into my hotel room. It was relaxing. There was a shower change into my swimsuit. The staff is so helpful. They tried to fix the problem with my Ryanair boarding pass. I enjoyed my dinner of sea bass in the restaurant. My room had a king bed and was very special ious. I paid about $150 USD.
