    The worst management

    This was going to be my second stay at the hotel. I booked it directly on their website and obtained a confirmation e-mail. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to leave because there was no room for me. They just didn't care about me being left in the streets at 17:30. Everything done through an employee and no one from the management dared to show up. I own a travel agency and of course, I will never again use the property and will discourage anyone to use the property.

    I absolutely loved my stay at Brilant Antique Hotel Tirana. The hotel’s antique style, with beautiful wood and marble details, gives it a real touch of luxury. Everything was spotless and elegant, yet the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind and helpful. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

    We booked in to hotel Brilant Antik. Unfortunately, it was far from a brilliant experience. Upon arrival, when rooms were still shown to be available on booking.com we were told that there were no rooms and that we would have to stay at their sister hotel Residence Inn, which was a good 40 minute walk away out of town though we were told it was just 10 minutes. We should never have accepted and just gone elsewhere. I recommend if you're given this option, just flatly turn them down. I think this hotel is just a front for the Residence Inn, that clearly no one would book as fronts on to ta bus station, with nice big gas canister view from the balcony. Far from desirable. We'd be conned. Don't make the same mistake as us!

    This was my second time staying here and I wouldn’t contemplate staying anywhere else.The hotel itself is superb and impeccably clean and is in a perfect location, in a quiet side street-close to the bus stops for the airport, Dajti Express/Bunk ‘Art 1 and to the key local bus stops in addition.It is also close to all of the main sights in central Tirana.Best of all are the staff.Many thanks to the lady in reception who gave me very helpful advice about the local buses when I checked in on Monday 2.6.25-and apologies for not knowing your name.It was nice to see Emmanuel, who was very helpful on my previous visit, again.Special thanks too to Festin who was very helpful throughout my stay including bringing my suitcase to the third floor on my first night-Faleminderit Festin.Faleminderit to everybody!!

    I had a great stay at Brilant Antique Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel has a warm and classic style that feels very special. The staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The location is perfect, very close to the city center. I really enjoyed my time here and I would happily stay again.
