    Omg … got as far as reception and knew this booking was a mistake. The bar area in the front is rotting and filthy. Walked in the front door and it was dark. Dinghy and depressing. Was told I was too early to book in. Asked if I could get a drink while o waited…. Uh no Got moved to a different hotel,

    We will start with the Pro's:Location good, lots of restaurants, bars, shops and money exchange shops locally and in walking distance.Cons: we complained of a smashed patio door, our response " its fine, it's been like that for 2 days!", no shower screen, so the bathroom got soaking wet, room not cleaned in the entire 3 night stay, mini bar charges are extortionate, no pool (as advertised), no safe in room, alot of what is advertised doesn't exist...becareful not to get the 4th floor as the rooms are disgusting!, as our friends found out but manged to get a different room the following day .. it was like something from a horror movie!

    The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

    Horrible experience, problem with running water, electricity, safety, and all other necessities.Were asked to pay 30 euros extra for parking.No AC.NO WATER.NO ELECTRICITY.Please avoid this tourist trap.SHAMEFUL.Breakfast cost 10 euros after eating it.Worst “Hotel” ever visited in my life and I have been to thousand.Had to call the police to protect ourselves from owner who had blocked our car.

    Just realized they had scammed me 8euro, per person, per night as a "city tax". Never had this experience in Tirana, Albania. Breakfast was mediocre at best.Location was great, next to bloku and the price was not bad overall.
