  Welcoming oasis

  The Green House is located just a few steps away from so many of Tirana’s great restaurants plus they have a great breakfast buffet. The Green House is exceptionally clean and beautiful inside and has an inviting patio area outside. The bed in our room had a wonderful mattress and we slept like we haven’t slept in forever! The staff were kind, friendly and go out of their way to please. We can highly recommend Green House.

  Worst hotel ever

  The worst hotel ever. I booked for 5 nights straight as i was not feeling well and cannot move in between. They are asking me to go to another hotel for 2 nights as they are over booked. They don't careI asked a kettle for hot water. They don't have it. No option other than going to their restaurant for hot water. I cannot climb 2 levels of steps up and down every time i need got water.Only 1 pillow and 1 towel was given to me. I thought every hotel gives at least 2 pillows and towels. Only one charging port in the far end of the bed where i cannot even reach. Worst hotel really. I wouldn't recommend for anyone except for location. The location is great

  Lovely stay in center of Tirana.

  This is so charming and lovely hotel with an Bread and Breakfast feel. Very clean. In the center of Tirana you are close to everything. No worries about the city noise though, the soundproof windows are perfect to cut all the city noise, and you will have the perfect night sleep. Supper friendly and very accommodating staff. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

  A lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The building is modern looking and very clean and well maintained. It only has ten rooms so it never seems to be crowded or noisy. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and everything worked. The Wi-Fi is quick and reliable. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

  Nice boutique hotel with problematic booking channels

  Once you manage to check in, Hotel is very nice and ideally located towards different attractions and activities.It is very clean and staff working there is very nice.However, Hotel has huge problems in communication with booking portals and pre-paid customers. Also, Hotel website is obviously spam!!!There is a huge problem and miscommunication between booking portal Booked.net and the Hotel which really influenced my stay there and, unfortunately this is still stronger than the feeling of staying in really nice city hotel.We were 3 of us coming with the reservation that was prepaid. However, hotel didnt have my reservation which caused me a huge problem, loosing of time, energy and calls to UK. No system or person in the hotel had my reservation or was recognizing Book.net confirmation and payment I presented. Director of the hotel was very rude and tough (on phone) and not really understanding the situation I faced with and wanted to charge me additionally.Luckily, this was not my first time in Albania, I contacted some local friends who helped me to speak in local language and I was also very persistent in intention not to pay more than already was paid. In the very late afternoon situation was solved, I got confirmation that there was some misunderstanding and that I will have one room without additional payment, but still not mine room (which I paid more than standard one). However, by that time I already lost tones of energy and time.Once all was sorted between hotel, booking portal and agency that is charging prepayment, I got my the room and possibility to check in, however, my room, for which I paid, I got only next day.Coming for the business trip, having 3 conferences in line to be organized, the hardest part was to get the room which I paid much in advance!!! And from what I understood, this is not the first time they had the same problem.Be careful when booking this hotel as the only reliable portal is Booking.com. All others are causing problem!!!I am really sorry that this had a huge impact on my overall rating!!Otherwise, hotel is nice, clean, comfy with nice garden and people working there!
