Comfortable hotel, although a bit of a walk from the city centre. Breakfast could have been better, but the evening meal in the restaurant was lovely. Clean and Comfortable Centrally Located Hotel.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden on a tour with Trafalgar.The hotel Lobby, Room and staff were very good. The check in was quick and easy. There were sufficient elevators to use for the group. Room was very clean and well lit with good view and large glass windows. It also had a nice balcony to sit out. The toilet/ washroom was clean and well stocked with necessary toiletries.We had a group buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant on the main level. The dinner was OK. The staff were good and attentive. We also had a buffet breakfast which was included in our Tour and was good.The Hotel had many restaurants and shopping within 5-7 minutes walk and convenient for a nice stroll.Overall a good Place to stay if you are visiting Tirana in Albania. Assigned us room that was already occupied.

I'm had a negative experience . I've never had any hotel i've stayed in over the years.I am a Hilton Honors member and I was using a free night.Upon checking in, the clerk gave us two separate key cards neither of which worked, or opened the door to our assigned room. She then sent a technician up to try to figure out what was going on. He was able to open the door and discovered the room was occupied and we disturbed somebody else who was sleeping.She did subsequently reassign us supposedly a nicer room and then told us that guest relations will be in touch with us.How does something like this happen t a four or five star hotel? My thought is not making sure a room is unoccupied. before it is assigned is unexcusable.This is especially shocking, given all of the great reviews of this hotel. Food dire - rest ok.

Location excellent - lots of bars cafes and a couple of supermarkets in the area. Rooms spacious with kettle, ironing board, walk in shower etc. On the negative side - no porterage despite having paid charges for it in our package. Food was dire particularly the evening meal of the day . Surely a hotel like the Hilton knows that you don’t just provide soup spoons to be used as dessert spoons?I went to fill up my water bottle mid morning and was told it was not available - just at breakfast time!The machine was switched off after breakfast!
