Superior facilities, clean, modern and stylish. Staff are wonderful, so friendly and professional. Staff went out of their way to find me gluten free eateries. They provide an excellent breakfast. They have made my stay in Albania

This hotel is in another level, what an amazing interior they have with a lovely staff working there which were very welcoming and helpful.Room & Bathroom:The room was very beautiful with nice interior full of colors and special touches, size was big and comfortable to move around. Bathroom was very cool, the sink was open to the room with stunning design which I loved it so much. Shower and WC both were kept separately in an individual location with privet doors near to the sink area. Both room and bathroom were clean and maintained in good conditions.Location & Services:Located in the city and close to many cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket neat to the hotel. Parking was available on site and it was easy to go visit the city attractions from the hotel in short distance. The hotel has a cafe and restaurant attached to the lobby, it is also beautifully designed. I only did not like the breakfast options because it was from the menu and most of it were basic meals which was hard to understand what I am going to eat.Overall Experience:I absolutely loved this hotel and don’t mind staying there again, I do recommend it to others because it offers a different experience.

The hotel was with a small reception entrance near the stairs. The room was worse. Elderly and not renovated. I had three rooms and the same dirt. At the end I left with the most negative impression for this hotel. Never go to this hotel. The owners are thieves and unfriendly. The rooms are dirty.

The hotel was with a small desk entrance cloee to the stairs. Work on the first floor was done. The room was scandalous. Older and dirty. I had three rooms and the same. At the end I tried to get away with the most worse reviews for this hotel. Never go to this hotel. Owners are thief and uneducated. The rooms are dirty.

Been to this hotel 2 times and it looked like the second time was worse then the first. The rooms were clean but there were some defects like broken handle on the toilet, the toilet door was getting stuck. It was noticeable that the breakfast was scaled down.The good thing is that the hotel has a free private and secured parking.
