    dirty and uncomfortable hotel, the water didn't work and the food at breakfast that the hotel included was stale, and the owner was very rude, the woman with short hair who brought us the towels was very smiling, very communicative and polite.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

    VERY POOR SERVICE Our stay was from 30 October to 4 November 2025. This hotel is without a lift. Moreover, we rented a small apartment with two bedrooms. No electric kettle was provided. The towels were changed only once during our stay. Only two toilet paper rolls were provided for the five days spent there (3 persons). We could not watch our tv set as the tv remote needed repairs. The smaller bedroom was without a shutter or curtain. The reception of the hotel did not answer our emails or telephone calls before the start of our stay.

    The check-in process was a nightmare: no one at the reception desk, after 20 minutes a guy came from the on-site cafe asking me if I had a reservation, then he was not able to find my booking. In the end he found it somewhere on his mobile phone.Instead of buffet breakfast I was offered a glass of juice, a cup of coffee and two pieces of spinach burek.THe room was cold without heating, fortunately there was A/C which I used to warm the room a bit.Definitely have been accommodated in better hotels in Tirana. The only advantage of this one is its location near the main square.As far as the staff, I can´t say much because with the exception of the nice elderly lady in the breakfast room I didn´t meet anyone - I saw nobody at the reception desk at all.

    Don’t expect luxury at this Hotel, this is basic Hotel but it’s a good one.The Hotel has a great location just a five minute walk to the main Square of Tirana, as well as the bus from the airport drop off point behind the Opera House. There are some nice bars and Restaurants nearby as well.Our room was clean with a hot shower, albeit is was very small and confined. The furniture is basic but workable. We had an issue with the air con but the owners quickly sorted it out. The bed mattress and Pillows were memory form but it was comfortable. Good window blinds which are blackout which have been updated, and windows block out the street noise as well.Breakfast wasn’t too good, sometimes there were no plates or cups available. Food was poor and In my opinion the Hotel needs to improve the whole Breakfast experience. On the whole a good value Hotel with no frills and great value for money.

    This is a good value hotel. close to the centre of Tirana, with spartan but spotless rooms. Its public areas have a slight "public library rubber plant" vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine but nothing special by Albanian standards.
