A/C in some rooms inconsistent. No good place to store luggage for early arrivers.

The lobby area is nicely decorated but small, the entrance to the hotel is on the back side of the building and the ally it is on is fairly busy so be careful when walking back there. The hotel does not have storage for suitcases if you get there before your room is ready. The receptionist offered to keep the bags behind the desk for us but she frequently was not at the desk so our bags were left unmonitored. The A/C in our first room was awful and blew hot air only. We noticed another room where the door had been left open was much cooler than our and Frida at reception was very accommodating and moved us to that room - which saved our vacation. We would have been miserable for 3 nights in that first room. Breakfast was good and never crowded. Overall an ok stay but likely would choose a different hotel if we go back to Tirana.

The best thing about this hotel is the great location, which is close to the main square and most sights. The entrance of the hotel is tricky as the entrance is located on a side street that runs parallel to the main street; the hotel arranged for a taxi to pick me up from the airport, so thankfully the driver knew where he was going, otherwise, I would not have been able to find the hotel. Also, getting to the main street can be precarious as quite a few cars pass through the side street, and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians to walk on. Some of the staff were friendly, some were not. Breakfast was okay but the breakfast staff were lovely. The rooms are very basic and dated, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall stay was just okay.

Very good value for money in centre of Tirana

This is a comfortable, clean and well located hotel in Tirana. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious breakfast is fine. It is however not a 5 star hotel if you compare to international standards, but rather 4 stars. Nevertheless if you take the room rates into consideration, very good value for money.

A nice hotel near the centre of Tirana.Rooms were comfortable and clean. Service was excellent with staff responding to any needs. Breakfast was ok if a little varied and odd at times, with the breakfast room being too small. The biggest drawback is acces to the entrance which is on a cut thru road which is narrow and at peak times quite busy.
