    Spa is the weakest part

    Building is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Customer experience is lacking. Spa pricing is a nonsense. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes!That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan. Extremely disappointed. Got the low level room looking at the neighboring building with clothes hanging on the balconies. Usually premium members are treated better! And inattentive and unaccommodating service with lots of rules and no exceptions for the customer.     Horrible front desk customer service! No English Channels Bad food Far away from city center. Front desk staff rude! Air conditioning not working well. Adrianna at the restaurant is the best employee of this 5 star hotel. She was amazing. She needs to be promoted to the front desk. Very disappointed with this hotel. Only at the end did it become clear that he was in fact the owner.     GOOD EXPERIENCE- AT THE END

    Stayed 4 nights, air conditioner on the 3rd floor did not work on our first night hence the room was hot but repaired the following morning. The attitude of the chap at the desk who claimed he was the manager was very dismissive and think one should just bear with the situation although he must have been aware of the situation before our arrival because while trying to check into the room someone suspected to be an engineer was just exiting the room. Apart from that services provided was very good, The breakfast was very good and the staff at the restaurant very helpful. Dinner was very good but not cheap. parking was very limited but help was at hand to help you park if no spaces. one can walk to Tirana BLLOKU the shopping centre area about 3km or explore Tirana Lake park by walking along Rruga Ligeni i Thate and cross the Elbasan Highway via an under pass.although receptionist at desk appeared unaware of this route, when asked how to get to the park, I was just told to get a taxi because no way across the High way Armela Vogli, Revenue Management at Radisson Collection Morina Hotel Tirana, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback.
