Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 9 junior suites, 6 suites, 4 apartments and 118 double rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Nice Hotel and location - some staff could do better

    Booked a 3 night Bed and Breakfast stay in the Rogner Hotel (Boulevard View). Got a 3rd floor Double Room with decent view over the side street and main boulevard. Didn't find Reception staff particularly friendly or helpful at check-in or at any other interaction.Breakfast had good variety and quality including omelettes made to order. Breakfast staff were friendly and provided a good service. Hotel grounds are well maintained but the pool doesn't open until the end of May but there are sun loungers round it. Didn't use the spa during our stay.Location of hotel is excellent bring close to the Blloku district where the bars and restaurants are situated. Also not far from the Air Albania Stadium which has various bars, restaurants and coffee shops around it. It's also about 15 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square with the lovely Rinia Park on the way.Room is big with plenty of facilities. Complimentary water is provided on the first night. Noticed the soap provided was made in 2022 and had a Best before Date of February 2025 - would expect beter of a 5 star hotel. Info in the room stated late checkout was available until 4pm for €20 or until 6pm for €40 by asking at Reception before the day of departure. Asked at Reception on the day before but was told the hotel was full and wasn't available.Hotel seems to be more suited to business guests rather than tourists.
