Best place in Albania Our 10th time in Te Stela Resort since 2021.The combination of sport center, hotel and spa is perfect.Always god service at the bar, in reception and at the rooms. Clean and great food and beers at the restaurantTe Stela loves you !10/10 stars !

Te stela resort is far out from Tirana centre- taxis are €15 and buses have to be waved down..if your luckyHowever nice pool area and 2 indoor pools tooStaff...most are slow and miserable..smiling is not something they do.. everything was a chore for themOn asking for the drinks menu it was slidden across the bar... even that was too much trouble for the sloth like ladyOne young guy waiter was nice ..but I can't remember his nameRooms are niceFood good at dinner time but poor at breakfast Spa...don't go unless you like a bruised/swollen jaw afterwards She was far too heavy handed..was awful and rude... couldn't see as she needed rest time.. there was no one in..then waffled something about about the laundry lady...I think she took her frustration out on my faceHer couch isn't cleaned as my friend was taken in after me...and it was wet from my swimsuit Also the jacuzzi is too loud..whole area echos..so can't hear anything The Himalayan relax area ..was just a room with beds and a guy on his phone...not so relaxing The emotional showers don't work And the Turkish bath was stinky...like sweaty feetTiles on the floor are a death trap... very slippy ..To summon it up...this resort is not ready for UK travellers despite it being very clean ...the staff just let it down Shame on , on the beach for selling this in the UK

The single room was very very narrow,, like a prison, awful , dirty, the windows were also very dirty, there was mould in the bathroom. The dinner was OK and the breakfast was good. I wouldn't recommend anybody to visit it, and in no case to have a single room

**Room:** The room we were eventually given was acceptable. However, upon arrival, we encountered an issue, which was fortunately resolved the following day thanks to the director’s kindness and professionalism. Rooms are in need of proper maintenance.**Breakfast:** Breakfast was adequate, though nothing particularly memorable or exceptional.**Cleanliness:** The restaurant and reception areas were reasonably clean. However, during our 8-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once. Housekeeping only made the bed and replaced towels—no additional cleaning was done.**Overcharges:** On several occasions, the in-house restaurant charged me more than the prices listed on the receipt. I also heard similar complaints from other guests. This happened again a few days ago; I brought it to the waiter’s attention, but no action was taken. Additionally, the waiter was quite rude. To make matters worse, there was a significant price increase on the menu two days ago. As a result, my friends and I have decided not to dine there anymore. Always double-check the amount they want to charge you, especially at the in-house restaurant.**Hotel Rating:** This hotel is not up to 4-star standards. Based on our experience, it feels more like a 2.5-star establishment.

Exceptional clean Resort, lovely, friendly staff

Lovely Resort, was easy to check in. They gave us welcome drinks on arrival which was a nice gesture. Delicious food in Restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a fantastic stay with my family. Highly Recommend this resort and their staff is their greatest asset. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.Thank you for everything!
