  Unfriendly attitude and complete indifference to the requests of guests

  The only thing we liked was the location and the sea view from the room. It's the only hotel that's located right by the sea and with its own beach. All other hotels in this resort are located across the street from the sea.The standard room 326, where we stayed for 4 nights, was terrible. The mattress was pushed through, and in the morning it felt like you'd been beaten all night. The safe was out of order. The shower was missing and water was spreading all over the bathroom floor. When we asked to fix the problems, the hotel manager only promised but did nothing. About the faulty safe, she said, "Don't worry, they don't steal from us."On the first morning of our breakfast stay, we were required to pay for tea and coffee, although I said breakfast was included in the reservation. I complained to the administrator, and she told the restaurant not to charge us for tea and coffee anymore. In the days that followed, at breakfasts, the wait staff at the restaurant looked at us like we had stolen something from them. On the third day, we were told that the black tea was over and they didn't even apologize. Overall, the atmosphere at the hotel was not friendly towards us.On the beach, some of the deck chairs were in faulty condition, the shower didn't work for the first three days of our arrival. The hotel doesn't give out beach towels, and that was a problem for us.The hotel staff saw and informed the administrator that I took a face towel to the beach, so the administrator not only scolded me, but also changed towels in our room the next days for old, washed and even without the hotel logo, it seems to me, towels were given to us forgotten by previous guests.Unfortunately, the Grand Hotel Aita is not a hotel you want to return to.

  Worse holiday experience of my life.

  Awful experience. People aren’t friendly and treat you like an inconvenience rather than a guest. Was sitting on the balcony and witnessed a worker abuse a dog and scare it into the road to get hit by a car. Horrendous experience.

  Dirty, No Hot Water, No working TV

  Went August 2025. (Room : Unit Name: : 228. We had no hot water, TV not working, plus there was a foul mold odor in the room. We were told it will all work within 15 minutes. After 30 minutes we decided to leave nicely as we are over 65 yrs old and wanted to shower and rest. They refused to give us a refund of $80 Euros although the room was not utilized. STAY away from this junk as they do not have respect for their customers.

  We stayed in two rooms on the top floor, which has amazing views, one side has the mountain and bay view and the other site has the colorful sunset.Rooms has balcony so you can enjoy the views.Good beds, AC and a fridge. Breakfast is ok Albanian style. Coffee cost extra, but they serve a decent cappuccino (1,5€).There are 3 beaches around the hotel and you have your own sun bed and umbrella for your entire stay.The beach is very relaxing, no laud music just the sound of the ocean.A lot of restaurants nearby and down the coast.Vlore beach and city is only 20min away by car.

  Dirty and poor quality

  We had a room with a nice view on the sea - and that was the only positive thing I can write about this hotel. The room was dirty - especially the batroom. Toilet smelled like sewage. The tv was broken, wifi very poor. There also were problems with electricity - there were blackouts. We didn't like the breakfast either. For 50 Euros pee night that is too bad standard.
