Please don’t come in rooms when red switch ‘no service’ is on

Almost everything was great with this hotel until …. They open my door came in my room even thought I had the red light on “no service”. They came to my room around 4:30-5pm while I was out for about an hour or so, that was not even cleaning time and they didn’t clean. I had the red light on all day but why they came in I don’t know . Later around six when I came back to my room my red light switch was off and some things in room was relocated, my AC was turned off, that’s how I knew they came in. Nothing was taken or anything but I don’t like the concept that I have red light on “no service” yet they come in without respecting my privacy! Location of hotel is great, right close to the water with boats, loads of restaurants and shops. WiFi not good in room very slow or no service. Staff are very robotic not enthusiastic to help. Elevator was not working when we were there for couple of days. When we arrived they said technician is coming today to fix but I guess that was not true.

Bad things in this hotel: broken door in our room had to use a key and it was very sceptic, hotels wifi was bad and didnt work at all. Mosquitos in the wc. Good thing: Nice receptionists and fish at the start of the lobby. broken floors and walls. i recommend this hotel only if your for a couple of frienda there.

The most unfriendly hotel wev'e ever used. The manager never spoke or smiled once in a fortnight. Poorly stocked breakfast bar and made to pay for coffee refills. Guests not allowed into restaurant/bar in the evenings. Room safe not working and fixtures missing from bathroom.

We had to leave early because we found bugs in the room, the bathroom smelled terrible and the air conditioner was broken. It was impossible to stay so we had to leave early. The manager was also terrible rude, ge gave us a small fan because the AC did not work (it was 40°C wheather) and told us, if you dont like it, leave. They deserve to close.
