  Decent but could do better

  Hotel describes itself as “luxury” according to some websites. Couldn’t be further from the truth. No hot water in the evening so after a long day sweating it out on the slopes a lukewarm at best shower/bath is waiting for you. The sauna is “being repaired” according to reception with no sign of those repairs completed anytime soon or any notice of such work underway. Thankfully the room is pleasant enough and a decent space to relax after a day’s skiing. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is good if continental with a wide range of cooked eggs is your thing. Restaurant pizza is worth trying as well. In summary, decent hotel but definitely could do better.

  Absolutely No Go

  We have never had worse beds. Hard and very uneven. Cost us at least one day of skiing. Ski in, ski out? Not even close. They charge you for every thing. The spa was small and expensive. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are big. We will not be back.   Modern apartments - OK location

  Apartments are modern and well provision, nothing fancy but all you need for a weekend. Ski lockers were way too small for anything other than 1 pair of skis and couldn't fit a snowboard...so pointless, we kept our gear in our room.The location in Pas de la Casa is good, short walk to the slopes or to the centre.Parking was full when we arrived so we had to use the alternative P&V parking 15mins away...not great

  This is our second stay at this hotel and we will be returning next year. The location is perfect for the slopes, surrounded by excellent bars and reasonable places to eat. The staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms and public areas are always very clean with good facilities. The room is just the right size for four of us with two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the lounge area. There is 24hr reception which is great for us as we don't arrive in Andorra until around 11.30. Plenty of parking facilities, which is just up the road away from the hotel but easy to get to and reasonably priced. You have to be out of the room by 10 but as we don't leave till around 3 they allowed us to leave our cases in the hotel and our car in the car park. Once we'd enjoyed our last few hours on the slopes we went back, used their facilities to get changed and collected the car. We purchased our lift passes from reception. . I would definitely recommend this hotel as your base to enjoy all that Pas de la Casa has to offer.   This is no way a four star resort in any country except perhaps Andorra. We arrived and were greeted by no one who spoke English. The room was dirty and when we complained nobody could understand us. Towels weren’t replaced when we needed them, neither was shampoo and shower gel. We had to go to the reception almost every day to complain to no avail. The beds were VERY uncomfortable and as mentioned room service non existent. Please note your maids will not even empty your bin (you have to do this yourself or €30 fine. Yes the ski was great, yes the location is good. No I would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here. Such a shame because it was a great week otherwise. The only thing that is not included in the cleaning is the crockery and garbage that you have to throw yourselves on the last day. From the reception we always try to understand your language whatever it is, and we try to satisfy your needs, we apologize if it was not your case, in the reception there are people who speak perfectly English and French.
