Location

This comfortable hotel is located near the centre of Escaldes, close to plenty of entertainment and shopping opportunities. Shopping venues, restaurants, bars, pubs, as well as public transport links may all be found within metres of the hotel. A lake is located around 3 km away and the nearest ski area is 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

15 suites and 120 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Wow we loved the Lobby Bar! So very accommodating! Ariel and Rodrigo were extremely kind and welcomed us as friends. No matter what language we spoke. We travelled by bus from Barcelona- it was late and the kitchen was closed but Ariel made dinner for us despite the late hour. We will definitely come back again. Best food! Best drinks! So friendly and lovely :) The 80s / 90s soundtrack was great too.     Wonderful Stay with Warm Hospitality

    We stayed at Hesperia Andorra on February 6, 2026 for one night as a couple (no kids), and we truly enjoyed our experience.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming attitude of the hotel staff. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the team made us feel genuinely valued as guests.Although we didn’t have breakfast because we had to leave early, we did enjoy a glass of wine at the lobby bar. The atmosphere there was calm, pleasant, and relaxing; the perfect way to unwind in the evening.We were also very impressed with the heated pool located on the top floor of the hotel, as well as the dry sauna right next to it. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and added a special touch to our short stay.We will definitely return for another visit in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Andorra.
