    We have spent two days with the family in this hotel. The lady at the reception was really really friendly and helpful in everything. There are only two parking spaces outside the hotel on the street so we got a place in the garage. Rooms are nice and tidy if a bit small. The room we got had an upper floor for the kids which they enjoyed a lot.No breakfast or dinner in the hotel (restaurant was replaced by a sports store) but there are a lot of options around. The hotel is set in a nice area and is really quiet so I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a good rest, is looking for good walks, hiking or mountain biking.

    This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is rated as a 4-star but frankly, I have stayed in better 1-star hotels. We were there in the height of summer and the room was unbearably hot but there was no air-conditioning in the rooms. Windows could not be opened during the day due to traffic noise nor at night because there were no mosquito screens on the windows. On our first day the toilet roll holder fell off the wall. When we asked them to fix it they just pushed it loosely back as it was. There were no drinking glasses in the bathroom. The bathroom looked as if it hadn't been decorated since the 70's and still had the wood-chip type wallpaper that was so popular in the 70's. The bath, which you stood in for a shower had layers on dirty soap scum and body grease in it and had clearly not been cleaned for some time; this may have been due to the fact that the room cleaner looked as if she was high on drugs 24/7.On the second day, the soap that we used the day before was not replaced nor were the towels changed, nor the filthy bath cleaned. We had to go and ask for soap and towels.The mini-bar in the room had only one glass inside it that had clearly not been washed from the previous occupant.Breakfast was supposed to have commenced at 8am but in the three mornings we went for breakfast it was never ready before 08:20 and once not before 08:30.I would not recommend this hotel ...well, not unless you are used to 'slumming it'.
