    Hotel Magic La Massana was a great base for our group week-long walking trip. The building is not the most modern, but clean and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming, patient and helpful - especially Gisela, Itzi, Agostina & Paola. The rooms were a little dark, but comfortable and quiet. The food at breakfast and dinner was fresh and plentiful and had something to please everyone. We would recommend this hotel.     We stayed at the hotel as a group of 14 mountain bikers, and our experience was outstanding from start to finish.The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the people. The reception team was always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely eager to help.
